Loft with Private Terrace Description
This loft is part of the Amalfi Residence complex and features a large private terrace and use of the residence’s pool.
The Amalfi Residence pool is the only outdoor swimming pool located in the center of Amalfi, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries and close to shops, restaurants, bars and everything the center of Amalfi has to offer.
The apartments are excellently maintained, self-catering, and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, high speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite television, and more.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed (this bed can be separated into two single beds), a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom.
The crown jewel of this apartment is the private terrace furnished with a table, sun loungers, and reclining outdoor chairs. This peaceful retreat is an ideal escape from the bustle of Amalfi’s old town.
The loft is set on the third floor of a historic building at the top of 55 easy steps.
The pool is open daily (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) from April 1st to the first week of November, weather permitting. The water is heated during the cooler spring and autumn months and loungers and towels are provided poolside.
Ample outdoor spaces that are elegant.
Larger groups might consider booking two (or more) Loft apartments, along with the Le Volte apartment (also part of the residence) and/or the Cartiera apartment (just across the road).
Parking space available starting from Euro 30 per day, per car (depending on size car and period).
Location
The loft is located in the center of Amalfi, about 350 meters from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port, and the beach.
Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance.
Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Capri, Ischia).
