Villa Principessa, with direct access to the sea, beach platform and pool, is composed of 3 double bedrooms (beds can be double "queen size" or twins, if requested),
4 bathrooms, a large living room with stunning sea view, a spacious dining room with fully equipped kitchen, two private outdoor spaces with sea view. In two bedrooms, it's possible to
add an extra bed, if requested. Both, in the living room and in the dining room, there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people each. The high quality Villa has air conditioning/heating,
dishwasher, washing machine, high speed internet access. Guests from Villa Principessa, besides the access to the sea, have also access to the new "infinity" pool with large solarium.
The pool is situated in our complex, just across the street from the Villa and 70 steps from the road, and it's shared with the other 5 villas of the complex. Each guest has his or her
own sun lounger and towel.

The villa is situated in one of the most panoramic and suggestive areas of the Amalfi Coast, Marmorata, the part of Ravello nearest the sea; the location is strategic: infact, even if it's in the area of Ravello, Amalfi town is at only 1.5 miles far (about 7-8 minutes by car or bus; the bus stop is at few meters from the villa): Amalfi is the most important town along the coast also in terms of public transportation system, but ferries for Capri and Positano leave also from the charming village of Minori a short walk from the villa (7-8 minutes) where you can find also sandy beaches, shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Villa Principessa is a gem among the Villas in Ravello and Amalfi Coast. In fact, even if it is completely restructured and equipped of any comforts, the Villa preserves all the charm and elegance of a dwelling of the end of the eighteenth century. All the rooms have got balconies and terraces with stunning sea view. The Villa has the entrance at the street level. |

stairs that leads you to the other two floors.

- At the first floor, there are two bedrooms with original period pieces all well preserved: the first one, breathless and completely frescoed; the second one finely and
elegantly furnished.
At disposal of both bedrooms, a really modern bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath tub, embellished with the precious original glazed "cotto" tiles of Vietri. On this floor there is also a wardrobe area and a small bathroom. |

- At the second floor, there is a gorgeous and elegant mansard composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a private little terrace with stunning sea view.

- At the lower floor, there is a spacious dining-room with a modern kitchen and also a bathroom with shower. From this floor you enter the two garden-terraces at complete disposal of the entire Villa, equipped with tables, chairs and sun deck chairs. Obviously, thanks to the enchanting panorama and to the luxurious outdoor furniture, it is possible to organize gorgeous candle-light dinners. |

- The Villa is surrounded by a splendid park full of flowers and, in common with other three houses, there is the access to the sea (about 120 steps) and the bathing-platform. At Your disposal a parking place for your own car. Daily cost is Euro 15,00 |
