Our 5 loft apartments are situated on the top floor (3rd floor, 55 comfortable steps) of our new residence in the centre of Amalfi town at only 5 minutes walking from the beach
and ferries and really close to everything: shops, restaurants, bars and etc The apartments are high quality standard, self-catering and fully equipped with air conditioning,
high speed internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite channels, hair dryer and flat tv.
Each apartment consists of a living room (with sofa bed for 2 people), with dining area and kitchen corner, 1 complete bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and w.c., a loft with 1 double bedroom (beds can be double or twins) and 1 more bathroom (with no shower, but only with sink, w.c. and bidet).
Large and beautifully furnished outdoor spaces are at disopsal of the guests of residence.
These apartments are particularly indicated for couples but also for families,as they can accommodate up to 4 people each. Larger groups can consider 2 or more loft apartments, along with apartments "Le Volte" (situated in the same residence) and apartment "Cartiera" (situated just across the road).

The Amalfi Vacation Residence is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Amalfi, only 350mt far from the beaches and from the Piazza Duomo, famous all over the
world for the imposing Cathedral dedicated to the Apostle St. Andrea.

You will enjoy exploring the many laneways that are characteristic of Amalfi and discovering the many wonderful little boutiques which are stocked
with local products typical of this region, such as Amalfi's famous hand made paper, colourful ceramics, and the after dinner liqueur limoncello.
|

The public transport system (ferry/hydrofoil, bus, taxi) are all situated in the main port area, just a few minutes walk from the residence,
providing transport to the islands of Capri and Ischia, and to all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, Salerno, Pompeii, Paestum, Sorrento and Naples.

For long stays a discount may be applied on the above tariffs.
*Rates are considered per day, per apartment, for 2 people. Daily supplement of Euro 15,00 for each extra person.
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required in advance, by wire transfer or communicating your credit card details (number and expire date) and authorisation to charge it. The balance will be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If You decide not to come here anymore, an eventual reimbursement of one third (1/3) of the whole sum of the rental is provided if the letter of renunciation for the stay (by e-mail or fax) will be sent within the 30° day before the beginning of the holiday. No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who don't arrive, without any notification.
In case You interrupt Your holiday after its beginning for any reason, no reimbursement (100% of the sum) will be given back.
