 The self catering apartment Uva is composed of 2 bedrooms (beds can be double or twins), 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a large private outdoor space with sea view.
The apartment has access to a "infinity" pool with large solarium, shared with the other 5 villas of the complex.
The high quality apartment has air conditioning/heating, high speed internet access, dish washer, washing machine.
Uva is situated in one of the most panoramic and suggestive points of the Amalfi Coast: Marmorata, the part of the beautiful Ravello nearest the sea .
At the entrance, from the large corridor access you enter, on the left, the luminous sitting-room with three balconies with sea view.
On the right, the completely renewed kitchen equipped with all modern comforts and electrical appliances; continuing you find the first bathroom with whirlpool shower and the two bedrooms, elegantly furnished, one of them with a private bathroom.
Both bathrooms are decorated with the  typical precious majolica tiles from Vietri.
Besides, there is a large private terrace with a garden equipped
with deck chairs, table and chairs to enjoy your meals “al fresco”.
At Your disposal a parking place in the garage for your own car. Daily cost is Euro 15,00

*Rates are considered per day, per apartment, for 4 people. Daily supplement of Euro 30,00 for each extra person.
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required in advance, by wire transfer or communicating your credit card details (number and expire date) and authorisation to charge it. The balance will be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If You decide not to come here anymore, an eventual reimbursement of one third (1/3) of the whole sum of the rental is provided if the letter of renunciation for the stay (by e-mail or fax) will be sent within the 30° day before the beginning of the holiday. No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who don't arrive, without any notification.
In case You interrupt Your holiday after its beginning for any reason, no reimbursement (100% of the sum) will be given back.
